Gift Certificates are redeemable for product, are non-returnable & cannot be exchanged for cash. Silver Pouch is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If order exceeds amount of certificate, the customer is responsible for the balance with an acceptable form of payment.
ABBREVIATIONS:
We recommend jewelry be stored in jewelry boxes, pouches or plastic bags when not in use, which will help prevent tarnishing & scratching. Cyrstals & gemstones should not be immersed in liquids. Avoid letting your pieces come in contact with hairspray, perfumes or household chemicals.
Periodic use of a soft polishing cloth, treated polishing cloth or silver polish is recommended to refresh the brilliance of your pieces and help remove tarnish.

CUSTOM BRACELET SIZING:
Standard-sized bracelets for women are approximately 7- 7.5" and 8-10" for men. To find a correct bracelet measurement, measure wrist then add 1". Often times, jewelry is given as a gift & pre-measuring is not possible. We will be happy to re-size any custom-made bracelet to the desired size. One FREE re-sizing will be offered. However, any additional re-sizings will incur a fee between $5-10, depending on the piece.
